MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 18\/3\/2010 tarihli ve 27525 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren \u00c7ift\u00e7i Kay\u0131t Sistemine D\u00e2hil Olan \u00c7ift\u00e7ilere Mazot, G\u00fcbre ve Toprak Analizi Destekleme \u00d6demesi Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Tebli\u011f<\/span><\/a>\u2019in (Tebli\u011f No: 2010\/10) 7 nci maddesinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ve d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(3) \u00c7KS\u2019ye kay\u0131tl\u0131 50 dekar ve \u00fczeri her bir tar\u0131m arazisinin g\u00fcbre destekleme \u00f6demesinden yararlanabilmesi i\u00e7in, her 50 dekarl\u0131k alan i\u00e7in bir analiz olmak \u00fczere Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a yetkilendirilmi\u015f laboratuvarlarda 1\/1\/2010 tarihi ile 31\/12\/2010 tarihleri aras\u0131nda toprak analizi yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 zorunludur. 50 dekar\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki tar\u0131m arazisi i\u00e7in bu \u015fart aranmaz.<\/p>\n

(4) Toprak analizi deste\u011fi \u00f6demesinden faydalanmak isteyen \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a yetkilendirilmi\u015f laboratuvarlarda 1\/1\/2010 tarihi ile 31\/12\/2010 tarihleri aras\u0131nda toprak analizi yapt\u0131rmas\u0131 zorunludur. Her toprak analizine en fazla 50 dekar i\u00e7in \u00f6deme yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Her analiz en fazla 50 dekarl\u0131k bir tar\u0131m arazisini temsil eder.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013 <\/strong>Ayn\u0131 Tebli\u011f\u2019in 10 uncu maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(1) Mazot, g\u00fcbre ve toprak analizi deste\u011finden faydalanmak isteyen \u00e7ift\u00e7iler, bu Tebli\u011fin yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinden itibaren 1\/4\/2011 g\u00fcn\u00fc mesai saati bitimine kadar il\u00e7e m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine, merkez il\u00e7ede ise il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine ba\u015fvuru yapmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir. Kadastro g\u00f6rmemi\u015f k\u00f6ylere ili\u015fkin tahkim komisyonlar\u0131nca yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma plan\u0131na g\u00f6re her k\u00f6y i\u00e7in son m\u00fcracaat tarihi, 31\/12\/2010 tarihinden \u00f6nce olmak kayd\u0131yla belirlenir ve bu tarih 11\/2\/1959 tarihli ve 7201 say\u0131l\u0131 Tebligat Kanununa g\u00f6re ilgili muhtara tebli\u011f edilir.\u201d<\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013 <\/strong>Bu Tebli\u011f yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/p>\n
