MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> 22\/8\/2009 tarihli ve 27327 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Kamu \u0130hale Genel Tebli\u011finin 16.2.1.1 inci maddesi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/strong> Ayn\u0131 Tebli\u011fin 70.1.3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

GE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong> Bu Tebli\u011fin 1 inci maddesinin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihten \u00f6nce ilan\u0131 veya yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak duyurusu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan ihaleler, ilan\u0131n veya duyurunun yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihte y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan tebli\u011f h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re sonu\u00e7land\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n
