MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong>\u00a01\/11\/2006\u00a0tarihli ve 26333 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Bankalar\u0131n Kredi \u0130\u015flemlerine \u0130li\u015fkin Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe<\/a><\/strong> a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ge\u00e7ici madde eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201cGE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 MADDE 6 \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0(1) Bu maddenin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fck tarihinden \u00f6nce anapara ve\/veya faiz \u00f6demelerinin tahsili geciken ihtiya\u00e7 kredilerinin bor\u00e7 bakiyeleri, bor\u00e7lu taraf\u0131ndan talep edilmesi durumunda en fazla altm\u0131\u015f ay ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere yeniden yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131labilir.\u201d<\/p>\n
