kapsam\u0131nda uygulanacak \u0130lave \u0130stihdam Te\u015fviki kapsam\u0131nda;\u00a0<b>01.01.2018 ila 31.12.2020\u00a0<\/b>tarihleri aras\u0131nda\u00a0<b>ortalama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131na ilave olarak istihdam edilen<\/b>\u00a0her bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n sigorta primleri ile vergilerini\u00a0<b>12 veya 18 ay s\u00fcreyle\u00a0<\/b>ve i\u015fyerinin faaliyet gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0130\u015fyeri y\u00f6n\u00fcnden aran\u0131lan \u015fartlar:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>\u221a<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015fverenine\u00a0 ait olmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>\u221a<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>Sigortal\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0<b>i\u015fe giri\u015f tarihinden \u00f6nceki takvim y\u0131l\u0131na\u00a0<\/b>ili\u015fkin i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fyerinden bildirilen ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgelerindeki veya muhtasar prim hizmet beyannamelerindeki\u00a0<b>ortalamaya ilave\u00a0<\/b>olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>\u221a<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>Ayl\u0131k prim ve hizmet belgelerinin yasal s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde SGK\u2019ya verilmesi,<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>\u221a<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>Tahakkuk eden sigorta primlerinin yasal s\u00fcresi i\u00e7inde \u00f6denmesi,<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>\u221a<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>Yasal \u00f6deme s\u00fcresi ge\u00e7mi\u015f sigorta primi, i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi, idari para cezas\u0131 ile bunlara ili\u015fkin gecikme cezas\u0131 ve gecikme zamm\u0131 bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n bulunmamas\u0131,<\/p>\n<p><b><strong>\u221a<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ki\u015fileri sigortal\u0131 olarak bildirmedi\u011fi veya bildirdi\u011fi sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 fiilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde herhangi bir tespitin bulunmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Destek tutar\u0131<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Destek tutar\u0131, i\u015fyerinin faaliyette bulundu\u011fu sekt\u00f6re g\u00f6re farkl\u0131 hesaplanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>a)\u00a0<b>\u0130malat veya bili\u015fim\u00a0<\/b>sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fyerlerinde i<u>lgili d\u00f6neme ait g\u00fcnl\u00fck br\u00fct asgari \u00fccretin sigortal\u0131n\u0131n prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131 sonucu bulunacak tutar\u0131 ge\u00e7memek \u00fczere<\/u>, ilave istihdam edilecek her bir sigortal\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0<b>6.822,40 TL<\/b>\u2019ye kadarki prime esas kazan\u00e7 tutar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6deyecekleri t\u00fcm primler (959,40 ila 2.558,40 TL) ile 153,74 TL\u2019lik damga ve gelir vergisi kar\u015f\u0131lanacakt\u0131r. (Toplamda\u00a0<b>1.113,14 ila 2.712,14 TL<\/b>)<\/p>\n<p>b)\u00a0<b>Di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerde\u00a0<\/b>faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fyerlerinde ilave istihdam edilecek her bir sigortal\u0131 prime esas kazan\u00e7 alt s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 \u00fczerinden hesaplanacak t\u00fcm primler (959,40 TL) ile 153,74 TL\u2019lik damga ve gelir vergisi kar\u015f\u0131lanacakt\u0131r. (Toplamda\u00a0<b>1.113,14 TL<\/b>)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Destek S\u00fcresi<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2020\/Aral\u0131k ay\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lmamak kayd\u0131yla, destek s\u00fcresi 1\/1\/2018 ile 31\/12\/2020 tarihleri aras\u0131nda istihdam edilen her bir sigortal\u0131 i\u00e7in\u00a0<b>12 ay<\/b>d\u0131r. Ancak istihdam edilen sigortal\u0131n\u0131n, 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck 25 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck erkek,\u00a0 18 ya\u015f\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck kad\u0131n veya \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a kay\u0131tl\u0131 engelli olmas\u0131 durumunda destek\u00a0<b>18 ay\u00a0<\/b>s\u00fcreyle uygulanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ek Kurallar<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>-Bili\u015fim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde destekten yararlanacak i\u015fyerlerini belirlemeye Bakanlar Kurulu yetkilidir.<\/p>\n<p>-1\/1\/2018 ile 31\/12\/2020 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 5510 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nan i\u015fyerleri ile daha \u00f6nce tescil edildi\u011fi halde ortalama sigortal\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131lda sigortal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmayan i\u015fleri; 1\/1\/2018 tarihinden sonra\u00a0<b>ilk defa sigortal\u0131 bildiriminde bulunulan ay\u0131 takip eden \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc aydan itibaren<\/b>\u00a012 veya 18 ay s\u00fcreyle bu destekten yararland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu te\u015fvikten yararlan\u0131lan ayda\u00a0<b>ayn\u0131 sigortal\u0131 i\u00e7in di\u011fer sigorta primi te\u015fvik, destek ve indirimlerinden\u00a0<\/b><u><b>yararlan\u0131lamaz<\/b><\/u>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00d6rnek 1<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0130malat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir i\u015fletmede destek kapsam\u0131na giren bir sigortal\u0131n\u0131n 1\/1\/2019 tarihinde i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 2019\/Ocak ay\u0131nda bu sigortal\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0 prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 30, prime esas kazan\u00e7 tutar\u0131n\u0131n ise 8.000 TL oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; bu sigortal\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6denmesi gereken;<\/p>\n<p>-Destek \u00f6ncesi i\u015fverence \u00f6denmesi gereken sigorta primi\u00a0 ve i\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131 primi tutar\u0131 toplam 8.000,00 x\u00a0 %37,5 = 3.000 TL olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-Ancak destek tutar\u0131 2019\/Ocak ay\u0131na<u>\u00a0ait g\u00fcnl\u00fck br\u00fct asgari \u00fccretin sigortal\u0131n\u0131n prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7arp\u0131m\u0131 sonucu bulunacak tutar\u0131 ge\u00e7emeyece\u011finden\u00a0<\/u><u><b>destek tutar\u0131 en fazla\u00a0<\/b><\/u><b>\u00a02.558,40 TL\u00a0<\/b>( 30 (g\u00fcn) x 85,28 ) olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>-Bu durumda, destek sonras\u0131 i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denecek tutar 3.000-2.558,40= 441,60 TL\u00a0 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00d6rnek 2<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tar\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde faaliyet g\u00f6steren bir i\u015fletmede destek kapsam\u0131na giren bir sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fe al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve 2019\/\u015eubat ay\u0131nda bu sigortal\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0 prim \u00f6deme g\u00fcn say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 30, prime esas kazan\u00e7 tutar\u0131n\u0131n ise 2.558,40 TL oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; (Ayl\u0131k net asgari \u00fccret 2.020 TL d\u00fczeyinde)<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00d6\u011frencilere\u00a0<\/b><b>58,27 TL<\/b>,\u00a0<b>i\u015fsizlik \u00f6dene\u011fi alanlara 38,85 TL\u00a0<\/b>\u00f6denmektedir.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 sigorta primi ile genel sa\u011fl\u0131k sigortas\u0131 prim giderleri de \u0130\u015eKUR taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6denmektedir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fverenler Taraf\u0131ndan Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara Yap\u0131lan \u00d6demelerin Vergi Matrah\u0131ndan D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclmesi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u0130\u015fba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitim programlar\u0131na kat\u0131lanlara Kurumun yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6demelere ek olarak program\u0131n d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan\u00a0<b>ilave \u00f6demelerin br\u00fct asgari \u00fccretin yar\u0131s\u0131na kadar<\/b>\u00a0olan tutar\u0131\u00a0<b>vergi matrah\u0131ndan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclebilmektedir.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><i>\u00d6RNEK:<\/i><\/b><i>\u00a0Ayda 20 g\u00fcn programa kat\u0131lan ki\u015fiye \u0130\u015eKUR toplam 1.554 TL \u00f6demektedir. \u0130\u015fveren kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131ya yemek, yol masraf\u0131 vb. ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda\u00a0<\/i><b><i>466\u00a0<\/i><\/b><b><i>TL \u00f6demek isterse bu tutar\u0131 vergiden d\u00fc\u015febilir.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u0130\u015fba\u015f\u0131 E\u011fitim Program\u0131na Y\u00f6nelik D\u00fczenlemelerimiz<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda\u00a0<u><b>imalat ve bili\u015fim\u00a0<\/b><\/u>sekt\u00f6rlerindeki mesleklerde d\u00fczenlenen i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitim programlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n s\u00fcresi\u00a0<u><b>6 AY<\/b><\/u>olarak uygulanacakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>2019 y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitim programlar\u0131m\u0131za kat\u0131lan vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za g\u00fcnl\u00fck\u00a0<u><b>77,70\u00a0TL\u00a0<\/b><\/u>\u00f6denecektir.
