MADDE 1 \u2013<\/strong>\u00a06\/8\/2016\u00a0tarihli ve 29793 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan Perakende Ticarette Uygulanacak \u0130lke ve Kurallar Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin<\/a><\/strong> 12\/B maddesinin ikinci ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc f\u0131kralar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u201c(2) Birinci f\u0131kradaki s\u00fcre; video, kamera ve ses sistemi gibi elektronik e\u015fya ve tablet bilgisayar sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile fiyat\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 bin be\u015f y\u00fcz T\u00fcrk Liras\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde olan televizyon ve cep telefonu sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda alt\u0131 ay, buzdolab\u0131, \u00e7ama\u015f\u0131r makinesi, bula\u015f\u0131k makinesi ve elektrikli ev aletleri gibi elektrikli e\u015fya sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile mobilya sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda on sekiz ay olarak uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n

(3) Perakende i\u015fletmelerce bas\u0131l\u0131 ve k\u00fcl\u00e7e halinde olmayan kuyum sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda taksitlendirme s\u00fcresi d\u00f6rt ay\u0131 ge\u00e7emez. Di\u011fer kuyum sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda taksitlendirme yap\u0131lamaz.\u201d<\/p>\n
