Bu kodlar Sigortal\u0131 \u0130\u015ften Ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f Bildirgesinin (6) numaral\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde yer almaktad\u0131r. Sigortal\u0131n\u0131n i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f nedeni listede yer alan sebeplerden hangisine uyuyorsa, o kodun se\u00e7ilmesi ve i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f bildirgesinin (16) numaral\u0131 kutucu\u011funa yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ayl\u0131k prim hizmet belgesi ile muhtasar ve prim hizmet beyannamesinde belirtilmesi gerekmektedir. 1\u2019den 41\u2019e kadar 39 adet i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodu bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<div class=\"mom-e3lanat-wrap  \">\n<div class=\"mom-e3lanat \">\n<div class=\"mom-e3lanat-inner\">\n<div class=\"mom-e3lan\" data-id=\"72847\"><strong>SGK \u0130\u015eTEN \u00c7IKI\u015e KODLARI, A\u00c7IKLAMALARI VE SONU\u00c7LARININ DE\u011eERLEND\u0130R\u0130LMES\u0130<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u0130\u015fveren ile i\u015f\u00e7i aras\u0131ndaki i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi, i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan veya i\u015f\u00e7i taraf\u0131ndan sonland\u0131r\u0131labilir. \u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f i\u015flemlerinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7te i\u015fverenler, i\u015f akdinin ne \u015fekilde sona erdi\u011fini i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f bildirgesinde ve ayl\u0131k prim hizmet belgesi ile muhtasar ve prim hizmet beyannamesinde belirtmek zorundad\u0131r. \u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131, i\u015f akdinin nas\u0131l sonland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten kodlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131 hem i\u015fveren hem de i\u015f\u00e7i i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131klanan i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodlar\u0131, k\u0131dem tazminat\u0131, ihbar tazminat\u0131, i\u015fsizlik paras\u0131, nakdi \u00fccret deste\u011fi, fesih yasa\u011f\u0131 gibi konular\u0131n belirleyicisi durumundad\u0131r. Bu kodlar\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f ve yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 girilmesi i\u015fverenin cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131ma maruz kalmas\u0131na i\u015f\u00e7ilerinin de baz\u0131 haklardan yararlanmamas\u0131na veya haks\u0131z \u015fekilde yararlanmas\u0131na neden olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f kodunun hatal\u0131 girilmesi halinde, hatal\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodunun i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihinden itibaren 10 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde elektronik olarak d\u00fczeltilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ancak hatal\u0131 i\u015ften \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f kodu, i\u015ften ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f tarihinden itibaren 10 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tikten sonra de\u011fi\u015ftirilmek istenirse bu durumda i\u015fveren Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumunun ilgili \u00fcnitesine yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak m\u00fcracaat etmesi gerekir.
