MADDE 1<\/strong> \u2013 (1) 4077 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun<\/span><\/a> 22 nci maddesinde belirlenen usule g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye \u0130statistik Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan bildirilen \u00dcretici Fiyatlar\u0131 Endeksinde meydana gelen ortalama % 12,58 (oniki virg\u00fcl ellisekiz) oran\u0131nda art\u0131\u015f esas al\u0131narak 1\/1\/2012 tarihinden itibaren ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere;<\/p>\n

a) 4077 say\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcketicinin Korunmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 22 nci maddesinin be\u015f ve alt\u0131nc\u0131 f\u0131kras\u0131ndaki t\u00fcketici sorunlar\u0131 hakem heyetlerinin kararlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin \u00fcst veya t\u00fcketici mahkemelerinde delil olaca\u011f\u0131na ili\u015fkin alt parasal s\u0131n\u0131r 1.161,67 TL,<\/p>\n
