MADDE 1 \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>3\/9\/2009 tarihli ve 27338 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan\u00a0Kamu Ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar\u0131n\u0131n Yat\u0131r\u0131mlara Tahsisine \u0130li\u015fkin Usul ve Esaslar\u0131n<\/span><\/a>\u00a013 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131nda yer alan; \u201cI inci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde \u00fc\u00e7 bin, II nci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde iki bin be\u015f y\u00fcz, III \u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde iki bin, IV \u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde bin be\u015f y\u00fcz, V inci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde bin, VI nc\u0131 b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde ise be\u015f y\u00fcz\u201d ibaresi; \u201cI inci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde iki bin be\u015f y\u00fcz, II nci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde iki bin, III \u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde bin be\u015f y\u00fcz, IV \u00fcnc\u00fc ve V inci b\u00f6lgelerde bulunan illerde bin, VI nc\u0131 b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde ise be\u015f y\u00fcz\u201d \u015feklinde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Ayn\u0131 Usul ve Esaslar\u0131n 19 uncu maddesinin ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201c(2) \u0130lk y\u0131l irtifak hakk\u0131 veya kullanma izni bedeli, 15\/6\/2012 tarihli ve\u00a02012\/3305 say\u0131l\u0131 Bakanlar Kurulu Karar\u0131yla<\/span><\/a>\u00a0y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe konulan Yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda Devlet Yard\u0131mlar\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kararla grupland\u0131r\u0131lan;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

a) I inci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde yat\u0131r\u0131m konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n emlak vergi de\u011ferinin y\u00fczde iki bu\u00e7u\u011fu,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

b) II nci b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde yat\u0131r\u0131m konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n emlak vergi de\u011ferinin y\u00fczde ikisi,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

c) III \u00fcnc\u00fc b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde yat\u0131r\u0131m konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n emlak vergi de\u011ferinin y\u00fczde bir bu\u00e7u\u011fu,<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00e7) IV \u00fcnc\u00fc ve V inci b\u00f6lgelerde bulunan illerde yat\u0131r\u0131m konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n emlak vergi de\u011ferinin y\u00fczde biri,<\/span><\/p>\n

d) VI nc\u0131 b\u00f6lgede bulunan illerde yat\u0131r\u0131m konusu ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n emlak vergi de\u011ferinin y\u00fczde yar\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Bu Usul ve Esaslar yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

MADDE 4 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Bu Usul ve Esaslar\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini;<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

a) Hazineye ait ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar ile Devletin h\u00fck\u00fcm ve tasarrufu alt\u0131ndaki yerler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan Maliye Bakan\u0131,<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

b) \u00d6zel b\u00fct\u00e7eli kamu idarelerine ait ta\u015f\u0131nmazlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bu idarelerin en \u00fcst y\u00f6neticileri,<\/span><\/p>\n
