font-size: xx-small;\">Ama\u00e7<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 1 \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin amac\u0131, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bulunmak \u00fczere i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kurullar\u0131n\u0131n hangi i\u015fyerlerinde kurulaca\u011f\u0131 ve bu kurullar\u0131n olu\u015fumu, g\u00f6rev ve yetkileri, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma usul ve esaslar\u0131 ile birden \u00e7ok kurul bulunmas\u0131 halinde kurullar aras\u0131nda koordinasyon ve i\u015fbirli\u011fi y\u00f6ntemlerini belirlemektir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">Kapsam<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 2 \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, 20\/6\/2012 tarihli ve\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alomaliye.com\/2012\/6331-sayili-kanun-is-sagligi-guvenligi-kanunu.htm\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanunu<\/span><\/a>\u00a0kapsam\u0131na giren, elli ve daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n bulundu\u011fu ve alt\u0131 aydan fazla s\u00fcren s\u00fcrekli i\u015flerin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fyerlerini kapsar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">Dayanak ve tan\u0131mlar<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 3 \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununun 22 ve 30 uncu maddelerine g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin uygulanmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan, i\u015fveren, kurul ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcisi ve benzeri kavramlar 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununda tan\u0131mland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibidir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\"><b>\u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\"><b>Genel H\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u0130\u015fverenin y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 4 \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0(1) Elli ve daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n bulundu\u011fu ve alt\u0131 aydan fazla s\u00fcren s\u00fcrekli i\u015flerin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fyerlerinde i\u015fveren, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bulunmak \u00fczere kurul olu\u015fturur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) Alt\u0131 aydan fazla s\u00fcren as\u0131l i\u015fveren-alt i\u015fveren ili\u015fkisinin bulundu\u011fu hallerde;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">a) As\u0131l i\u015fveren alt i\u015fverenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131lar\u0131 ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 elli ve daha fazla ise as\u0131l i\u015fveren ve alt i\u015fveren ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 kurul kurar. \u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi faaliyetlerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve kurullarca al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve koordinasyon as\u0131l i\u015fverence sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">b) Bir i\u015fyerinde sadece as\u0131l i\u015fverenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 elli ve daha fazla ise bu durumda kurul as\u0131l i\u015fverence kurulur. Kurul olu\u015fturma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bulunmayan alt i\u015fveren, kurul taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 ile ilgili olarak koordinasyonu sa\u011flamak \u00fczere vek\u00e2leten yetkili bir temsilci atar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">c) Alt i\u015fverenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 elli ve daha fazla, as\u0131l i\u015fverenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 ellinin alt\u0131nda ise i\u015fyerinde kurul alt i\u015fverence olu\u015fturulur. As\u0131l i\u015fveren alt i\u015fverenin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu kurula i\u015fbirli\u011fi ve koordinasyonu sa\u011flamak \u00fczere vek\u00e2leten yetkili bir temsilci atar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00e7) As\u0131l i\u015fveren ve alt i\u015fverenin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131lar\u0131 ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ellinin alt\u0131nda ve toplam \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 elliden fazla bulundu\u011fu durumlarda ise koordinasyon as\u0131l i\u015fverence yap\u0131lmak kayd\u0131yla, as\u0131l i\u015fveren ve alt i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan birlikte bir kurul olu\u015fturulur. Kurulun olu\u015fumunda \u00fcyeler 6 nc\u0131 maddeye g\u00f6re her iki i\u015fverenin ortak karar\u0131 ile atan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(3) As\u0131l i\u015fveren alt i\u015fveren ili\u015fkisi bulunmayan ve ayn\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131nda birden fazla i\u015fverenin bulunmas\u0131 ve bu i\u015fverenlerce birden fazla kurulun olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde i\u015fverenler, birbirlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebilecek kurul kararlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda di\u011fer i\u015fverenleri bilgilendirir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(4) \u0130\u015fverenler, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi mevzuat\u0131na uygun kurul kararlar\u0131n\u0131 uygular.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">Kurulun kurulaca\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer i\u015fyerleri<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 5 \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0(1) \u0130\u015fverene ba\u011fl\u0131, fabrika, m\u00fcessese, i\u015fletme veya i\u015fletmeler grubu gibi birden \u00e7ok i\u015fyeri bulundu\u011fu hallerde elli ve daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n bulundu\u011fu her bir i\u015fyerinde ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 kurul kurulur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) Birinci f\u0131krada belirtilen durumlarda ihtiya\u00e7 duyulmas\u0131 halinde kurullar aras\u0131nda koordinasyon ve bilgi al\u0131\u015f veri\u015fi i\u015fverence sa\u011flan\u0131r. \u0130\u015fveren, birden \u00e7ok i\u015fyerinin her birinde kurulacak kurullar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma usullerini d\u00fczenlemek, i\u015f ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f birli\u011fini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla bu i\u015fyerlerine ait i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile ilgili raporlar\u0131n, en az \u00fc\u00e7 ayda bir, ilgili teknik eleman ve uzmanlarca incelenmesini sa\u011flar. Ayr\u0131ca bu raporlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde tutarak al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tedbirleri tespit eder ve uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">Kurulun olu\u015fumu<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 6 \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0(1) Kurul a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen ki\u015filerden olu\u015fur:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">a) \u0130\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekili,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">b) \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">c) \u0130\u015fyeri hekimi,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00e7) \u0130nsan kaynaklar\u0131, personel, sosyal i\u015fler veya idari ve mali i\u015fleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmekle g\u00f6revli bir ki\u015fi,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">d) Bulunmas\u0131 halinde sivil savunma uzman\u0131,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">e) Bulunmas\u0131 halinde formen, ustaba\u015f\u0131 veya usta,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">f) \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcisi, i\u015fyerinde birden \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcisi olmas\u0131 halinde ba\u015f temsilci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) Kurulun ba\u015fkan\u0131 i\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekili, kurulun sekreteri ise i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131n\u0131n tam zamanl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma zorunlulu\u011fu olmayan i\u015fyerlerinde ise kurul sekretaryas\u0131; insan kaynaklar\u0131, personel, sosyal i\u015fler veya idari ve mali i\u015fleri y\u00fcr\u00fctmekle g\u00f6revli bir ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(3) Bu maddenin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (b), (c), (\u00e7) ve (d) bentlerinde g\u00f6sterilen \u00fcyeler i\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekili taraf\u0131ndan atan\u0131rlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(4) Birden fazla i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 ve i\u015fyeri hekiminin bulundu\u011fu i\u015fyerlerinde i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6revlendirme yap\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revlendirilmesinde o i\u015fyerinin tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na uygun uzmanlar aras\u0131ndan birisi g\u00f6revlendirilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(5) Bu maddenin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (e) bendinde belirtilen \u00fcye o i\u015fyerindeki formen, ustaba\u015f\u0131 veya ustalar\u0131n yar\u0131dan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131da a\u00e7\u0131k oyla se\u00e7ilir. Se\u00e7imle belirlenememesi halinde i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan atan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(6) Bu maddenin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (e) ve (f) bentlerinde s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en kurul \u00fcyelerinin ayn\u0131 usullerle yedekleri se\u00e7ilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(7) 4 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddenin ikinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n (\u00e7) bendine g\u00f6re kurulacak kurullarda \u00fcyeler ve kurul sekreteri as\u0131l i\u015fveren ve alt i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan ortak kararla atan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">E\u011fitim<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 7 \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(1) \u0130\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan, kurulun \u00fcyelerine ve yedeklerine i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konular\u0131nda e\u011fitim verilmesi sa\u011flan\u0131r. Kurul \u00fcyelerinin ve yedeklerinin e\u011fitimleri asgari a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki konular\u0131 kapsar;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">a) Kurulun g\u00f6rev ve yetkileri,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">b) \u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konular\u0131nda ulusal mevzuat ve standartlar,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">c) S\u0131k\u00e7a rastlanan i\u015f kazalar\u0131 ve tehlikeli vakalar\u0131n nedenleri,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00e7) \u0130\u015f hijyeninin temel ilkeleri,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">d) \u0130leti\u015fim teknikleri,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">e) Acil durum \u00f6nlemleri,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">f) Meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">g) \u0130\u015fyerlerine ait \u00f6zel riskler,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u011f) Risk de\u011ferlendirmesi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) As\u0131l i\u015fveren alt i\u015fveren ili\u015fkilerinde ortak kurul olu\u015fumunda e\u011fitimden her iki i\u015fveren birlikte sorumludur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">G\u00f6rev ve yetkiler<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 8 \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00a0(1) Kurulun g\u00f6rev ve yetkileri \u015funlard\u0131r;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">a) \u0130\u015fyerinin niteli\u011fine uygun bir i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi i\u00e7 y\u00f6nerge tasla\u011f\u0131 haz\u0131rlamak, i\u015fverenin veya i\u015fveren vekilinin onay\u0131na sunmak ve y\u00f6nergenin uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 izlemek, izleme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 rapor haline getirip al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tedbirleri belirlemek ve kurul g\u00fcndemine almak,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">b) \u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konular\u0131nda o i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara yol g\u00f6stermek,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">g) \u0130\u015fyerinin i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi durumuyla ilgili y\u0131ll\u0131k bir rapor haz\u0131rlamak, o y\u0131lki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmek, elde edilen tecr\u00fcbeye g\u00f6re ertesi y\u0131l\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma program\u0131nda yer alacak hususlar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirerek belirlemek ve i\u015fverene teklifte bulunmak,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u011f) 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununun 13 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde belirtilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nma hakk\u0131 talepleri ile ilgili acilen toplanarak karar vermek,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">h) \u0130\u015fyerinde teknoloji, i\u015f organizasyonu, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131, sosyal ili\u015fkiler ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 ile ilgili fakt\u00f6rlerin etkilerini kapsayan tutarl\u0131 ve genel bir \u00f6nleme politikas\u0131 geli\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) Kurul \u00fcyeleri bu Y\u00f6netmelikle kendilerine verilen g\u00f6revleri yapmalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 haklar\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlanamaz, k\u00f6t\u00fc davran\u0131\u015f ve muameleye maruz kalamazlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma usulleri<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 9 \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(1) Kurul inceleme, izleme ve uyarmay\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki esaslar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">a) Kurullar ayda en az bir kere toplan\u0131r. Ancak kurul, i\u015fyerinin tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alarak, tehlikeli i\u015fyerlerinde bu s\u00fcrenin iki ay, az tehlikeli i\u015fyerlerinde ise \u00fc\u00e7 ay olarak belirlenmesine karar verebilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">b) Toplant\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndemi, yeri, g\u00fcn\u00fc ve saati toplant\u0131dan en az k\u0131rk sekiz saat \u00f6nce kurul \u00fcyelerine bildirilir. G\u00fcndem, sorunlar\u0131n ve varsa i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fine ili\u015fkin projelerin \u00f6nem s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenir. Kurul \u00fcyeleri g\u00fcndemde de\u011fi\u015fiklik isteyebilirler. Bu istek kurulca uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde g\u00fcndem buna g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015ftirilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">c) \u00d6l\u00fcml\u00fc, uzuv kay\u0131pl\u0131 veya a\u011f\u0131r i\u015f kazas\u0131 halleri veya \u00f6zel bir tedbiri gerektiren \u00f6nemli hallerde kurul \u00fcyelerinden herhangi biri kurulu ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc toplant\u0131ya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rabilir. Bu konudaki tekliflerin kurul ba\u015fkan\u0131na veya sekreterine yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir. Toplant\u0131 zaman\u0131, konunun ivedilik ve \u00f6nemine g\u00f6re tespit olunur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">\u00e7) Kurul toplant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 as\u0131ld\u0131r. Kurulun toplant\u0131lar\u0131nda ge\u00e7ecek s\u00fcreler g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinden say\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">d) Kurul, \u00fcye tam say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n salt \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ile i\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekili ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplan\u0131r ve kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n salt \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu ile karar al\u0131r. \u00c7ekimser oy kullan\u0131lamaz. Oylar\u0131n e\u015fitli\u011fi halinde ba\u015fkan\u0131n oyu karar\u0131 belirler. \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fun sa\u011flanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya ba\u015fka bir nedenle toplant\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hallerde durumu belirten bir tutanak d\u00fczenlenir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">e) Her toplant\u0131da, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen konularla ilgili al\u0131nan kararlar\u0131 i\u00e7eren bir tutanak d\u00fczenlenir. Tutanak, toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan ba\u015fkan ve \u00fcyeler taraf\u0131ndan imzalan\u0131r. \u0130mza alt\u0131na al\u0131nan kararlar herhangi bir i\u015fleme gerek kalmaks\u0131z\u0131n i\u015fverene bildirilmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130mzal\u0131 tutanak ve kararlar s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u00f6zel dosyas\u0131nda saklan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">f) Toplant\u0131da al\u0131nan kararlar gere\u011fi yap\u0131lmak \u00fczere ilgililere duyurulur. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara duyurulmas\u0131 faydal\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclen konular i\u015fyerinde il\u00e2n edilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">g) Her toplant\u0131da, \u00f6nceki toplant\u0131ya ili\u015fkin kararlar ve bunlarla ilgili uygulamalar hakk\u0131nda ba\u015fkan veya kurulun sekreteri taraf\u0131ndan kurula gerekli bilgi verilir ve g\u00fcndeme ge\u00e7ilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) Kurulca i\u015fyerinde il\u00e2n edilen kararlar i\u015fverenleri ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ba\u011flar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(3) Kurul, 6331 say\u0131l\u0131 \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanununun 13 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde belirtilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nma hakk\u0131 taleplerinde birinci f\u0131kran\u0131n (a) bendine g\u00f6re belirlenen s\u00fcre dikkate al\u0131nmaks\u0131z\u0131n acilen toplan\u0131r. Toplant\u0131da al\u0131nan karar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan temsilcisine yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak tebli\u011f edilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(2) \u0130\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekili, kurulca haz\u0131rlanan toplant\u0131 tutanaklar\u0131n\u0131, kaza ve di\u011fer vakalar\u0131n inceleme raporlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kurulca i\u015fyerinde yap\u0131lan denetim sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ait kurul raporlar\u0131n\u0131, i\u015f m\u00fcfetti\u015flerinin incelemesini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla, i\u015fyerinde bulundurur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">Kurulun y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">MADDE 11 \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(1) Kurullar, yapacaklar\u0131 tekliflerde, bulunacaklar\u0131 tavsiyelerde ve verecekleri kararlarda i\u015fyerinin durumunu ve i\u015fverenin olanaklar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundururlar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; font-size: xx-small;\">(3) Kurullar, i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnden tefti\u015f yapmaya yetkili Bakanl\u0131k i\u015f m\u00fcfetti\u015flerine i\u015fyerlerinde yapacaklar\u0131 tefti\u015f ve incelemelerde kolayl\u0131k sa\u011flamak ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;
