MADDE 1 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a014\/6\/2003 tarihli ve 25138 say\u0131l\u0131 Resm\u00ee Gazete\u2019de yay\u0131mlanan\u00a0<\/span>Tan\u0131tma ve Kullanma K\u0131lavuzu Uygulama Esaslar\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a04 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fclga (e) bendi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde yeniden d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201ce) Kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131: T\u00fcketicinin kendisine g\u00f6nderilen bilgiyi, bu bilginin amac\u0131na uygun olarak makul bir s\u00fcre incelemesine elverecek \u015fekilde kaydedilmesini ve de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeden kopyalanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan ve bu bilgiye aynen ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na imk\u00e2n veren k\u0131sa mesaj, elektronik posta, internet, CD, DVD, haf\u0131za kart\u0131 ve benzeri her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ara\u00e7 veya ortam\u0131,\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

MADDE 2 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Ayn\u0131 Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 5 inci maddesinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc f\u0131kras\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve maddeye a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki f\u0131kra eklenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cTan\u0131tma ve kullanma k\u0131lavuzu a\u00e7\u0131k, sade, anla\u015f\u0131labilir bir dilde ve okunabilir \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenir ve ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak veya kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ile t\u00fcketiciye verilir. Tan\u0131tma ve kullanma k\u0131lavuzunun kal\u0131c\u0131 veri saklay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 ile t\u00fcketiciye sunulmas\u0131 halinde bu bilgiler, imalat\u00e7\u0131-\u00fcretici veya ithalat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n internet sitesinde de yer al\u0131r. \u0130malat\u00e7\u0131-\u00fcretici veya ithalat\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n internet sitesinin bulunmamas\u0131 durumunda veya t\u00fcketicinin talep etmesi halinde tan\u0131tma ve kullanma k\u0131lavuzu herhangi bir \u00fccret talep edilmeksizin ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde ayr\u0131ca verilir.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tan\u0131tma ve kullanma k\u0131lavuzu mal\u0131n \u00f6zelli\u011fine ve t\u00fcketiciye sunulu\u015f bi\u00e7imine g\u00f6re ambalaj\u0131n \u00fczerine yaz\u0131labilir veya eklenebilir.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

MADDE 3 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Bu Y\u00f6netmelik yay\u0131m\u0131 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girer.<\/span><\/p>\n

MADDE 4 \u2013<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Bu Y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini G\u00fcmr\u00fck ve Ticaret Bakan\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p>\n
