Ancak, yetkili m\u00fcessese birle\u015fmelerinin ticaret siciline tescilinden itibaren 15 i\u015fg\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde; devralma yoluyla birle\u015fmede devralan \u015firketin, yeni kurulu\u015f \u015feklinde birle\u015fme i\u015fleminde yeni kurulacak \u015firketin, bu f\u0131kra kapsam\u0131nda a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 yeni \u015fubelerinin faaliyetlerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmeleri i\u00e7in M\u00fcste\u015farl\u0131\u011fa yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvuruda bulunmas\u0131 zorunludur.
